Lex Partis BV processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet AVG, UAVG).

2. Data we process
Identification and contact data of users of the application; data of parties and inventoried assets entered by our customers in the application (where Lex Partis BV acts as a data processor); browsing data strictly necessary for the operation of the site (essential cookies).
3. Purposes
Provide the application service; technical and security management of the platform; reply to enquiries received through the contact form; comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract with the customer; legitimate interest in the security of the service; legal obligations; consent of the user where applicable.
5. Retention
Data are kept while the contractual relationship is in force and, thereafter, for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax and accounting obligations (article 52 of the Dutch General State Taxes Act).
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to dpo@lexpartis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). Spanish residents may also contact the AEPD (aepd.es).
7. International transfers
Data are processed within the European Economic Area. If transfers outside the EEA become necessary, they will be made under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
