- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The Demo plan lets you explore every feature with sample data, no card required. A paid plan is required for production use.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Sign-ups, cancellations and plan changes are prorated against the current billing cycle.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. Listed prices exclude VAT, since most customers are B2B professionals entitled to deduction. Applicable VAT is added on the invoice.
- Where is my case file data hosted?
- On servers located in the European Union. Lex Partis is GDPR-compliant and applies encryption in transit and at rest, as well as cryptographic audit trails for operations.
